To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Sales Manager (m/f/d) for our Personal Care & Home Care business, responsible for the BeNeLux region and based in the Netherlands or Western Germany.

TER Ingredients is a leading supplier of high-grade ingredients and additives in various life science applications.   • Drive profitable growth by managing and expanding a customer portfolio in the Personal Care & Home Care industry in the BeNeLux region
  • Develop new business opportunities while maintaining and strengthening existing customer relationships
  • Lead pricing, quotation processes, and contract negotiations
  • Plan and conduct regular customer visits and manage all activities in the CRM system
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support market development and new product introductions
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to shape strategic actions
  • Develop and execute annual sales plans together with the Business Line Manager
  • Achieve strong operational results and margin contribution through profitable customer management, ensuring high customer satisfaction and portfolio quality

  • A commercial or technical background (e.g. business, sales, chemistry) - ideally combining both perspectives
  • Experience in sales, preferably within the Personal Care and/or Home Care industry
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French are a plus
  • Highly self-driven, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
  • A collaborative team player with an international outlook
